Where is my order?
The estimated delivery time is provided at checkout during the purchase process. Once your order has been packed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Through this link, you can track your order and view the estimated delivery date and time.
Sometimes, your order may be sent in multiple parcels. In such cases, you will receive multiple SMS notifications to collect your packages. Please note that SMS notifications from the shipping company may arrive simultaneously but with different tracking numbers for each parcel.
Delays and High Demand
During high-demand periods, such as sales events, Black Friday, or the holiday season, delays may occur. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but handling times may be longer than usual during these times.
