What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Our warehouse takes great care to pack your items securely for transport. Unfortunately, damages can sometimes occur during shipping. If your item is delivered damaged, you need to report a shipping damage claim via our form. Please note the following:

  • We require photos of the damage, the entire product, and both the outer and inner packaging of the parcel you received.
  • Without these images, we cannot process your claim.
  • Ensure that the photos are submitted as soon as possible after receiving the parcel, but no later than 4 days after delivery.

For more details, refer to our section: What should I do if my product is damaged upon delivery?

What if my item has a manufacturing defect?

If your product is damaged and you believe it might be due to a manufacturing defect, please submit your complaint through our form. Include photos or videos clearly showing the damage or defect.

During the investigation of claims or shipping damage, we may request additional information or media. Therefore, please keep the item and its packaging until the case is resolved.

At this time, we cannot handle returns or complaints for items purchased in physical stores. For these, please contact the store directly for assistance.

Important notes:

  • All complaints must be submitted via our complaints form.
  • We are unable to process complaints over the phone.
