How do I make a return?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods, and as a member, you have 30 days. The item must be returned in mint condition and in its original packaging. Please pack the items securely, as you are responsible for the condition of the goods during transit.


Follow these steps to return your package:

  1. Register your return via our return form. You will need your order number and the email address used at the time of purchase.

  2. Select Return as the option. Specify which items and the quantity, including the reason for return.

  3. After registration, a return shipping label will be sent as a PDF to your email. This must be printed and attached clearly to the package.

  4. Drop off the package at your nearest authorized service point (e.g., Schenker, DHL, Bring, or Posti depending on your location).

  5. Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund you within 14 days via the original payment method. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund automatically. (99 SEK, 99NOK, 9,90 EUR depending on your location)


If you need to return items in multiple packages, please contact our customer service to receive additional return labels.


In-store returns for online orders

Unfortunately, we cannot currently accept returns of online orders in our physical stores outside of Sweden. All online orders must be returned to our warehouse via the provided shipping label.


Returns for items purchased in a physical store

Items purchased in-store can only be returned to a store upon presentation of the original receipt. Refunds are processed immediately using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. The product must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase.
