How do I make a return?

Please note that, currently, we are unable to accept returns for online orders in our physical stores.

Returns for items purchased on granit.com

You have 14 days from the time you receive your items to make a return (members have 30 days). Please remember that it is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that the items are returned in substantially unchanged condition. Be sure to package the items securely.

If you wish to return all or part of your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Enter the item number and reason for return on the return form on our website.
  2. After registration, a return shipping label will be sent to your email.
  3. Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transport.
  4. Attach the return shipping label to the package and drop it off at your nearest Schenker service point.
  5. If the return is for a home delivery, please contact our customer service.
  6. Once the return is approved, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

If you need to return items in multiple packages, please contact our customer service to receive an additional return shipping label.

Returns for items purchased in a physical store

Items purchased in-store can only be returned in-store.

Refunds for returned in-store purchases will be made directly, using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase. This means that for purchases made with a bank or credit card, the refund must be made to the same card used at the time of purchase. Please also remember to bring the original receipt.

The product being returned must be in the same condition as when purchased. We do not accept returns for products that show signs of use or have visible damage.
