When can I return an item?

At Granit.com, you always have 14 days right to return an order or item (Our Community-members get 30 days). 

When buying online, this applies 14 days from when you collect your order from your agent, or alternatively receive your home delivery.

During the Christmas season, we offer an extended return period from November 1st until January 11th, 2025.
