At Granit, you have a 14-day return policy. As a Community member, you get extra benefits and have a full 30-day return period.
For online purchases, the period starts from the day you pick up your order from the service point or receive your home delivery. For the return policy to apply, the product must be in mint condition and in its original packaging.
Return policy on sale items
Online: When purchasing on Granit.com, the same rules apply to sale items as to regular goods (14 days, 30 days for members).
In-store: When purchasing sale items in our physical stores, we do not offer a money-back guarantee. However, we do offer the right to exchange or return for a store credit/voucher.
