When returning a product to us, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost depends on the weight and size of the package:
Return via service point (under 20 kg): For packages weighing less than 20 kg that are not bulky, the return fee is 99 SEK / 99 NOK / €9.90.
Return in-store: As a private customer, you can return smaller items (excluding furniture/bulky goods) free of charge at any of our physical stores.
Large shipments and home pickup: If the product weighs more than 20 kg or is classified as bulky (length over 120 cm or circumference over 300 cm), the return fee is 199 SEK / 199 NOK / €19.90. This applies to returns that require a pickup from your address.
Important information The return shipping fee is automatically deducted from your refund once we have received and processed your return. Please remember that the right of withdrawal only applies if the item is returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.
