If you do not collect your package from the service point within the given timeframe (usually 5-7 days), it will be automatically returned to our warehouse.
Fees for uncollected parcels
Please note that leaving a package uncollected is not considered a valid return or exercise of your right of withdrawal. To cover the additional costs for return freight and administration, we charge a fee of 20 € / 200 SEK / 200 NOK.
- Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee paid for the delivery to your home will not be refunded in the case of an uncollected parcel.
- Refund: The remaining balance of your order (the total value minus the fee) will be credited to you via the original payment method used.
- Low Order Value: If the value of your order is less than the fee, no refund will be issued as the total amount covers the costs incurred.
Want to avoid unnecessary fees?
To avoid the higher fee for uncollected shipments, we strongly recommend that you:
- Collect your package.
- Register a standard return via our Return Form.
By doing this, you will only pay the standard return shipping fee (9.90 € / 99 SEK / 99 NOK) instead of the higher uncollected parcel fee. Your refund for the items will be processed as soon as we have received and approved your return.
