Where is my order or part of my shipment?

We know you are excited to receive your items! Here is everything you need to know if your delivery is taking a little longer or if you haven't received all your products at once.

1. Track your delivery

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation to your email address.

  • Tracking Link: Click the link in the email to see the current status of your parcel and its estimated arrival time.
  • Can't find the email? Please check your junk/spam folder, as automated shipping updates can sometimes end up there.
  • App Tips: We recommend using the carrier's app (Postnord, Schenker, Bring, or DHL) to receive real-time push notifications directly on your phone.
  • Important for Multiple Parcels: Carriers often send separate notifications for each package. Please double-check if you have received multiple tracking numbers or pickup codes to ensure you collect all parts of your order at the same time.

2. Are items missing from your package?

If you have opened your package and items are missing, it is usually because your order has been sent in multiple shipments (parcels).

  • Multiple Notifications: Keep an eye out for several SMS, emails, or app alerts. To deliver your order as efficiently as possible, items are sometimes packed separately and may arrive at different times.
  • Check the Tracking: Review your tracking link to see if there are additional parcels still on their way to you.

3. If something has gone wrong (Claims)

If you have received all your parcels but an item is still missing, or if the tracking status has not updated for 7 business days, we are here to help.

What to do:

  1. Fill out our Claims Form.
  2. Important: If the package was damaged upon arrival or if items are missing from a delivered parcel, we require photos of the packaging (external view) and the items you did receive. Do not discard the packaging until we have resolved your case.

4. Delays during peak seasons

During busy periods such as Black Friday, the holiday season, or major sales, processing times at our warehouse and with the carriers (DHL, Bring, Schenker, Dachser) may be longer than usual. We are doing our absolute best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.
