I forgot to add my discount code, can I add it retrospectively?
Unfortunately, no. Once your order has been completed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse system for processing and shipping. This means we cannot make any changes after the fact. Our tip: Save the code and use it for your next order!
Why is my discount code not working?
If your code is being declined in the cart, please check the following:
Combined Offers: Discount codes generally cannot be combined with sale items or special offers (e.g., "3 for 2" deals).
Excluded Collections: Some of our exclusive collections may be excluded from discount promotions.
Log-in Required: For certain discounts, such as the Welcome Discount, you must be logged in to your customer account for the code to activate.
Spelling & Spaces: Double-check that the code is entered correctly, with no extra spaces or typos.
