We work quickly to process and dispatch your order as soon as possible. Once an order is placed and processing has begun at our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot make any changes. This means we are unable to:
- Add or remove products.
- Apply discount codes retrospectively.
- Change the delivery address, email, or phone number.
Do you want to cancel your order? Please contact our customer service immediately via our contact form. A cancellation is only possible until the warehouse has started picking your order.
If it is too late to cancel: If your parcel has already been shipped, we can no longer stop the delivery. In this case, we recommend that you collect the parcel and register a standard return via our return form. Do not leave the parcel at the service point, as an uncollected parcel fee will otherwise apply.
