We offer flexible delivery options via our selected partners Schenker, DHL, Bring, and Dachser. When you enter your zip code at checkout, the available options and exact costs for your specific region will be displayed.
1. Service Point Delivery (Pickup)
Your order is delivered to a local parcel shop or locker. You will be notified via SMS, email, or app when your package is ready for collection.
- Sweden: 49 SEK (Free over 699 SEK for Members)
- Norway: 69.90 NOK (Free over 799 NOK for Members)
- Finland: 4.90 € (Free over 69,90 € for Members)
- Germany: 5.90 € (Free over 79,90 € for Members)
- Requirements: Max weight 20 kg. Max length 120–150 cm (depending on carrier).
2. Home Delivery
For convenience, have your order delivered directly to your door.
- Rates: Prices start from 99 SEK / 99 NOK / 9.90 € and are calculated based on weight and size at checkout.
- Delivery: Smaller parcels are delivered to your door/mailbox. Larger items, such as furniture, are delivered to the "curb" or property line.
- Scheduling: Depending on the carrier (DHL, Bring, or Postnord), you may be able to choose a specific delivery window or provide drop-off instructions via their app.
3. Large Shipments & Pallets
Specially large or heavy items (e.g., furniture) are shipped via pallet.
- Germany: Standard 49 € / Express 99 €.
- Other Regions: Rates are calculated at checkout.
- Important: Delivery is made to the curb/property line. The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery time.
Important Delivery Information
Customs & VAT (Norway) For our Norwegian customers: All prices include customs duties and VAT. You will not receive any additional import invoices when shopping with us.
Delays & Split Shipments
We aim to deliver as fast as possible; however, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day. To ensure the fastest possible service, your order may be sent in multiple packages (parcels). You may receive separate notifications with different tracking numbers, even if they belong to the same order.
